I want to acknowledge the profound change in me since the Avatar Course one month ago. When I got home many people noticed my calmness and serenity. People on the street were doing double takes when I walked by, even strangers. I guess I had a glow about me!
Since my Master Course, when I have had any resistance to using one of the exercises, I spend an hour or so reading your materials and it puts everything into perspective for me. I see the value of the exercises and can’t wait to start using them. It is always a major shift for the whole day! The exercises are a breeze, with me in Source mode.
